Help Finding A New Career

Finding a new career can be somewhat formidable, no matter your age. But it is an option you should consider if you are unhappy in your present career. Most people will go through a career change at least once in their lives.

We help teenagers, those in their twenties and those over thirty find their true vocation.

Teenagers need help with A-Level and degree choices and deciding on the right career for them in the future.

In your twenties you may have left university but still don’t know what career is right for you. Or perhaps you’ve started out on a certain career path but it’s not what you expected.

For those over thirty, your circumstances may have changed. A young family perhaps. Or maybe your values have changed. What was most important in your twenties – now isn’t – and you’re looking for a career change.

Once you’ve registered for one of our careers advice programmes, we’ll send you a suite of career tests to complete at home. After that, we’ll analyse the results in detail, then arrange a one-on-one consultation with you to help you decide what to do next. Most importantly, whatever your situation, we can help find the best career path for YOU.

Psychometric Assessment

We make finding a new career a whole lot simpler with our scientific process. Essentially, we use psychometric tests to develop a comprehensive profile of you. What are you good at? Which career would suit your personality? What kind of career interests you?

In order to be able to interpret the results of these psychometric tests, all of our consultants have to be fully qualified Occupational Psychologists. So, they use their expertise to help you choose the best career for you.

  1. Firstly, you register with us.
  2. Secondly, we send you the online questionnaires to complete at home. These are the detailed psychometric career tests
  3. Thirdly, your careers advisor uses this data to build a detailed profile of you. We need to understand who you are! We look at your personality, interests, skills, personal background and more.
  4. Fourthly, they research what would be the perfect career for you. This draws on their vast knowledge and experience, and involves further extensive analysis.
  5. Fifthly, you meet with your Occupational Psychologist for a one-to-one consultation. Together, you will explore the options for what career is right for you.
  6. Finally, you will receive a full written report. This is not computer-generated. It is written by the Occupational Psychologist especially for you.

Starting a new career is so much easier when you know what you’d actually be good at. Find out more about our psychometric assessment process.
