The Team
Introducing the Career Analysts team
It’s always good to put a face to a name and a telephone voice.
Here’s a quick run-down of who’s who here at Career Analysts:
 |
Lola James started her career in marketing at NDS, a large subsidiary of News Corporation. After five years of fast-track promotion, she left to take up the position of Marketing Director of a US-owned global provider of content management software solutions.
In 2002 she accepted the position of General Manager of the Loan Services Division of a NYSE-listed orthopaedic medical device company increasing turnover from £7.5million to £10million within 12 months and profitability by 27%.
Whilst acting as interim manager, Lola identified the opportunity that Career Analysts offered and brought Leo in to help her bring the idea to fruition. |
 |
Leo Soloman has a wealth of experience in accounting and finance. For the last ten years he has specialised in start up companies. His first directorship came in 1997 when he was appointed finance director of a film production company where his brief was to stem losses.
He sees Career Analysts as an excellent opportunity to build upon a well established name now being given a whole new fresh breath of life. His wide experience will ensure the company’s secure financial foundation. |
