Each candidate we propose to you will have been thoroughly assessed for aptitudes, personality & motivation as a minimum. For more senior vacancies our process will go into more depth according to the criteria - such as measuring management competency profiles, leadership styles, emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial qualities to name but a few.
Rest assured, we will only submit profiles of candidates that have been expertly assessed and match your requirements. We do this at absolutely no charge to you.
